Phobia's are sometimes unavoidable but regardless they affect the lifeform equally. Taking this subprograming gives you build points. You must use the negative effect in all rollplaying or combat situations if they apply. (See Game Master for details)

Phobias: -4 on all combat rolls if affected by your phobia. (+20 build points)
Shyness: -1 on combat rolls and -25% on any skills that realisticly require social enteraction to acomplish. (+5 build points)
Obsessive: Your obsessive patterns make you more vunerable. All opposing faction robots get +1 to hit you. (+30 build points)
Compulsive Disorders :Affects your drasticly in a random way. + 10 build points (max two)
